Twelve Bridges is planned to include all of the services a modern planned community should offer its residents. A fire station, already built and in operation, sits at the entrance to the community, offering the security of knowing that emergency personnel are close at hand. In October of 2006, Kaiser Permanente opened its new two-story 75,000 square foot outpatient medical facilities just off of Twelve Bridges Drive. Sutter Medical Plaza is open and houses Sutter Hospital physicians and medical services.
A new 37,000 square foot Lincoln Public Library is currently under construction and scheduled to be completed by the end of 2007. Winner of the Leroy Greene Design Award, the Lincoln Public Library sits right on Twelve Bridges Drive at the entrance to the master plan and will house over 150,000 volumes to start out with in a prized $16.5 million dollar space.
